1. Platform Overview
GoMobii provides an online marketplace that connects event organizers and guests with space owners (venues), service professionals (vendors/talent), and event ticket sellers. GoMobii acts solely as a venue and service marketplace platform and is not a party to direct agreements between users, space hosts, or service providers.
2. Account Registration & User Eligibility
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or complete transactions.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account profile updated.
- Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
3. User Roles & Listing Responsibilities
A. Space Hosts & Service Vendors
- Listing Authenticity: All descriptions, availability, pricing, and images provided for event spaces or services must be accurate and non-misleading.
- Compliance: Hosts and vendors are responsible for maintaining required licenses, permits, safety standards, and insurance for their venues and services.
- Pricing Plans: Vendors and hosts subscribing to GoMobii paid plans (Starter, Pro, Business, Enterprise) agree to the recurring billing terms associated with their chosen plan.
B. Event Ticket Sellers
Organizers listing events and selling tickets through GoMobii must guarantee event authenticity and comply with local event regulations.
C. Event Guests & Bookers
Guests agree to respect host venue rules, capacity limits, and vendor guidelines as outlined in booking confirmation details.
4. Subscription Pricing & Payments
- Subscription Fees: Paid host/vendor tiers (Starter $29/mo, Pro $59/mo, Business $99/mo, Enterprise $199/mo) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
- Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle through account settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Processing Fees: Additional platform service fees or ticket processing fees will be transparently itemized at checkout before payment confirmation.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & Deposits
- Space & Service Bookings: Cancellation policies (e.g., deposit rules, full refund windows) are set by the individual Space Host or Service Provider and displayed during checkout.
- Ticket Sales: Event ticket purchases are subject to the specific organizer's refund policy provided at the time of booking.
- Platform Disputes: GoMobii reserves the right to facilitate resolution in payment or service disputes between users, but does not guarantee monetary recovery.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Post false, deceptive, or fraudulent listings/reviews.
- Bypass GoMobii payment systems to arrange off-platform bookings or fee avoidance.
- Upload harmful software, spam, or abusive content.
- Violate any applicable local, state, or federal laws.
